If we stopped and paid good attention, with our hearts properly attuned to the gentle & loving graces of God’s activity in our world & in our lives …

- we’d easily see where He’s at work in us;

- we’d hear His voice clearly;

- we’d sense or know where He’s inviting us next;

- and we’d be confident to trust in His love

The reality is that we often find all of this tricky … and we could do with a trained friend to come alongside us to help us explore where God’s fingerprints can be spotted in our lives.

This is the beautiful and ancient work of Spiritual Accompaniment - often also called Spiritual Direction.
